Anu Kushwaha has the natural ability to understand Human Psychology which she has developed through practice of advanced Yoga from last 10 years. She has also completed Diploma in Coaching and Psychology and certified as Advanced Cognitive hypnotic Coach. She effectively use hypnosis along with psychology based techniques integrated with time tested coaching model to help her clients achieve their goals in a very structured way. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from Sadhguru Gurukulam and teaches Yoga practices which helps to enhance cognition and human perception.
