Bernadit Jose

Bernadit is passionate about helping people improve their sense of well-being by helping them to identify and change their unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviours through Counselling, leading to their better physical and mental well-being and preparing them to meet life’s challenges with serenity and confidence. She helps clients deal with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and others by using the Easy Integration Model founded by the well-known Counselling psychologist Mr. Karthik Lakshmanan, and through mindfulness-oriented interventions bringing regulation in emotional and behavioural functioning thereby helping them to move closer to evolving as a whole being. She has experience in working with children and parents.
