I have done 3 sessions so far, and it has been really helpful. In the first session, she patiently listened to all my problems and gave me simple tasks that actually worked right from day one. In the next session, she checked in on my progress with a quick assessment, which helped her guide me even better. Now, after my 3rd session today, I am already feeling so much better from 2nd session.
She also keeps follow ups to check in on your state in your WhatsApp chat to see if you’re doing better or having issues, which can be addressed on your next session.
I’m definitely going to keep going for regular followups to stay on track. I Highly recommend her. To see results I recommend you to attend regular following sessions.
