Please ensure client’s availability & willingness before paying the fee. If the client is not willing for the session after booking, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
If client is not in the venue in case in person counseling/join the google meet in case of online counselling within 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, the session will be cancelled and no refund is possible.Clients are not allowed to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
In case consultant needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the consultant will inform the client directly well in advance through whatsapp text or by phone call.
Client has to understand that if he/she does not show up for a session without informing the counselor with prior notice, he/she will be charged for the entire session, and noted as cancellation and NO refund will be provided.
The client is responsible for being available for the session on time and at the time scheduled. If the client is late, client has to understand that the appointment would need to end on time.
In case the consultant happens to cancel the session or the proposal of the counselor for rescheduling is not accepted by the client, cancellation request will be given by the counselor to bookconsult.in and full refund will be initiated within 2 business days through payment gateway either Razorpay or Stripe. It will take maximum 7 business days to reach the client’s bank account.
