Dr. Pavithra is doing a commendable job by sharing valuable inputs during the sessions and by conducting them with a cute smile throughout.
The Monday morning meditation club gave me a lot of support which I was actually looking for. To understand what I mean , you have to take part in it and experience it yourself.
Thankyou Dr.Pavithra for your work and I really wish you do a lot more like this and I would say 'M for Moms- Rocks' 👍🙏.

I joined the Monday meditation club organised by Dr.Pavithra Priyadarshoni of M for Moms.I had a wonderful experience .She taught Mindfulness meditation and body scanning. Two wonderful miracles have happened after attending this session.I used to have disturbed sleep. After following this I am getting a good sleep.Secondly I had leg pain. After doing body scanning meditation,I am able to focus on the pain and get relieved of the pain.90 percent of the pain is reduced now.Amazing transformation in myself.Hat's off to Pavithra's wonderful approach and guidance.

All the speeches were motivational, inspiring, and thoughtful. I feel it will be a stepping stone to breaking all the barriers called labeling.
More power to every one of us and keep rocking!

I wish her to do more programs
